About John
John Davis has been a Realtor since 2011 and is licensed in both Kentucky and Indiana. John has significant prior experience in both finance and closing transactions. A lifelong Louisville native, John knows the Louisville and Southern Indiana real estate markets very well and has assisted clients all over the area. John prides himself on being straightforward, honest and easily accessible to his clients!
John is an avid sports fan, cook, poker player and dog lover. John graduated from Louisville's DuPont Manual High School (MST) in 2002 and went to Sullivan University where he received a Culinary Arts degree. After several years in the restaurant business he branched out and became a loan officer in 2007 and then a Real Estate closing agent in 2008. John received his Kentucky Real Estate license in 2011 and Indiana Real Estate license in 2013. Since then he has primarily focused on helping people buy and sell homes! John has regularly been a top producer at United Real Estate Louisville and in 2018 was the No. 1 agent in units sold for the entire office. Also in 2018, John became the managing broker of southern Indiana for the United Real Estate Louisville office and formed the Louisville and Southern Indiana Homes team with fellow Realtor, Daniel Dattilo. John's beautiful wife, Tiffany Davis, joined the team in 2021. John is actively a member of several Realtor Associations, which include NAR, KAR, GLAR, IAR, and SIRA.
